Acceptable Use Policy

This Acceptable Use Policy ("AUP") describes what you may and may not do using dolled.ai. By using the Service, you agree to this AUP. Violations may result in immediate account termination and, where appropriate, referral to law enforcement.

What dolled.ai Is For

dolled.ai is a platform for adult content creators (18+) to generate AI-powered photos of themselves for use on social media, content subscription platforms, and personal branding. The platform is designed to be used by individuals to create content of themselves — not of others.

Strictly Prohibited Content

Child Sexual Abuse Material (CSAM) — Any content that sexualises or depicts minors in a sexual or suggestive context is absolutely prohibited. This includes attempting to generate such content using AI. We report all suspected CSAM to the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC) and relevant law enforcement.
Non-consensual intimate imagery — Generating sexual or intimate images of real, identifiable people without their explicit consent ("deepfakes") is prohibited.
Content depicting third parties without consent — You may only upload photos of yourself. Uploading photos of other people to train an AI model without their explicit written consent is prohibited.
Harassment and targeted abuse — Using the Service to generate content intended to harass, intimidate, or harm a specific individual is prohibited.
Impersonation — Generating content designed to impersonate a real person (celebrity, public figure, or private individual) in a deceptive or harmful way is prohibited.
Illegal content — Any content that is illegal in your jurisdiction or the jurisdiction where dolled.ai operates is prohibited.

Age Verification

You must be 18 or older to use dolled.ai. By creating an account, you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age. We reserve the right to request age verification at any time and to terminate accounts where we cannot verify the user's age.

All content generated on dolled.ai must depict adults only. Attempting to generate content that depicts or implies a subject is under 18 — regardless of whether the subject is real or fictional — is strictly prohibited.

Content You Generate

You are solely responsible for the content you generate using dolled.ai. You agree that you will only generate content that:

Depicts yourself (the account holder)
You have the legal right to create and distribute
Complies with the terms of any platform where you intend to publish it
Does not violate any applicable laws

Platform Distribution

You are responsible for ensuring that content you generate complies with the terms of any platform where you publish it (e.g. Instagram, OnlyFans, Twitter/X). dolled.ai does not post content on your behalf and is not responsible for how you distribute generated content.

Reporting Violations

If you encounter content or behaviour that violates this AUP, please report it immediately to hello@dolled.ai. We take all reports seriously and will investigate promptly.

Enforcement

We reserve the right to:

Remove any content that violates this AUP
Suspend or permanently terminate accounts that violate this AUP
Report illegal content and activity to relevant law enforcement authorities
Cooperate fully with law enforcement investigations

We operate content safety filters on all generation requests. Attempts to circumvent these filters are a violation of this AUP and our Terms of Service.
