These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of dolled.ai ("Service", "we", "us"). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
You must be at least 18 years of age to use dolled.ai. By using the Service, you represent and warrant that you are 18 or older. We reserve the right to terminate accounts where we have reason to believe this requirement has not been met.
You must provide accurate information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us immediately at hello@dolled.ai if you suspect unauthorised access.
dolled.ai allows you to upload photos of yourself to train a personalised AI model ("AI Twin"), and to use that model to generate new images in various styles. The Service is provided on a subscription basis.
We use third-party AI infrastructure (including Replicate) to process training and generation requests. By using the Service, you acknowledge that your uploaded photos are processed by these services solely for the purpose of training and operating your AI Twin.
You agree to use the Service only in accordance with our Acceptable Use Policy. In particular, you must not:
Violation of these rules will result in immediate account termination and may be reported to relevant authorities.
You retain ownership of all photos you upload and all images you generate. By uploading photos, you grant dolled.ai a limited licence to process those photos solely for the purpose of training your AI Twin and providing the Service to you.
We do not use your photos or generated content to train public AI models, and we do not share your content with third parties except as required to operate the Service (e.g. AI processing infrastructure).
dolled.ai offers paid subscription plans billed monthly. Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled before the renewal date. You can cancel at any time from your account dashboard. No refunds are provided for partial billing periods.
We use Stripe to process payments. Your payment information is handled directly by Stripe and is not stored on our servers.
All images you generate using the Service are yours to use, including for commercial purposes. You may use generated images on social media platforms, content subscription platforms, and for brand partnerships.
The dolled.ai platform, brand, and underlying technology remain the intellectual property of dolled.ai.
The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that generated images will meet your expectations or be suitable for any particular purpose. AI-generated images may occasionally contain errors or artefacts.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, dolled.ai shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability to you shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 3 months preceding the claim.
We may suspend or terminate your account at any time for violation of these Terms or our Acceptable Use Policy. You may delete your account at any time from your dashboard. Upon termination, your AI Twin model and generated images will be deleted within 30 days.
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by email or via the Service. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of New South Wales.
